• Assist Investigate customer’s problems and find solutions.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or letter.
• Provide scripts to read from during phone calls.
• Handle major incidents that cannot be resolved by agents.
• Resolve complaints and order issues.
• Ask customers to provide feedback on agents and customer service experience.
• Keep abreast of new company products and services.
• Communicating politely with customers by email, letter, face to face, and telephone.
• Handling all customer complaints or major incidents, like customer ill health problem or a security issue.
• Visiting customers for the provision of one-to-one service and developing complaints or feedback procedures for the use of customers.

Education and Qualifications

• Degree in Consumer studies, Business studies, or Management studies related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience in customer service management related activities.
• Significant work experience in sales or finance is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding phone and email etiquette
• Innovative thinker with a positive attitude
• Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
