• Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, updates and maintains hardware equipment.  
• Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots printers/copiers as well as manage toner requests.  
• Setts-up and supports audio/visual equipment for presentations and training sessions on and off site.  
• Installs and configures peripherals including scanners, external drives, monitors, and other peripheral hardware.  
• Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and updates operating systems and user applications. 
• Proactively schedules software upgrades and patching.  
• Tracks license for operating systems and other software.   
• Monitors and ensures network functionality and availability to all system users. 
• Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs cabled, wireless and other network infrastructure.  
• Supports and administers user access rights.  
• Maintains local/server based anti-virus software and Cleans virus infection.  
• Informs/trains staff and management how to use IT policies.  
• Works directly with branches to schedule repairs and maintenance. 
• Handles the relocation of hardware equipment as a result of office or staff changes.
• Requests/creates new user accounts and email accounts (in collaboration with Application manager).

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a technical IT role.  
• Excellent use of MS Office packages
• Good organization, interpersonal, negotiation and high level of computer skills, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
