The Ministry of Education(MOE) has set aside funds being provided by the World Bank funded RCRF II Programme to be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for Quotation is issued.MOEis seeking proposals from suppliers to conductschool supervision logisticsusing tools developed by the Ministry of Education (MOE). The general objective of the assignment is to collect data over repeated observations in targeted locations or Schools

Bidding will be in accordance with the Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Galmudug Procurement Policies and Procedures Manual under the section for ‘Procurement of Non-Consultant Services’.
